Instructions for applying ESDGs! MOOC as an
independent course
The ESDGS! MOOC consists of 18 complementary modules. These modules are listed under the
topic List of learning modules at the end of this document.
Registration to the platform
The ESDGs! MOOC can be found on the website https://esdgs.erasmus.site
From the upper right hand corner you can select the language version.
The MOOC contents can be reached by clicking resources tab on the top of the website.
Choose the Open Course icon and you will see the registration window:
If you are a new user, click on ‘Register’ to provide some basic information afterwards:
- Username
- Email
- Name
- Surname
- Gender
- Country
- Occupation
The above information will be subject to review through the ‘Profile’ section.
Because of the collection of sensitive data, users will be asked to read and accept the privacy
policy before finalizing the registration process.
Therefore, before you continue, you should acknowledge the ESDGs! Privacy Policy by ticking
the box 'I agree to the ESDGs! Privacy Policy' and only then registration confirmation will be sent
to the provided email.
If you don't receive a registration email, please check your junk mail (spam) folder. The email is
a confirmation that your account has been successfully created.
Logging in to the platform
If you already have an account, you can log in to the online tool by entering your username and
password and clicking 'Log in'.
ESDGs! MOOC is intended only for self-learning. This means that educators are not able to
access the learner's records. This means for example, that there is no student group reporting
available.
Self-assessment
This self-assessment includes single-choice questions. There are be 2 questions per module, 36
questions in total, each time you attempt the quiz. The questions you see are randomly selected
from the pool of all module questions.
The results will be a recommended training path for the learner, the training modules to continue
to complete your possible knowledge gaps in the topics of the ESDGs! training programme. This
can be used as a guide on which modules to concentrate during self-paced learning.
