Even if core elements of a more sustainable business model can be identified and defined the

                  adoption within the firm nor among its customers does not necessarily take place immediately.
                  Sustainability approach requires a long-term and determined transition towards more sustainable
                  business  practices.  A  widely  used  change  management  model  ADKAR  (Awareness,  Desire,
                  Knowledge,  Ability,  and  Reinforcement)  is  an  example  of  a  phased  approach  to  manage
                  sustainable business model transition.
